First Cold....

Hayden got his first cold of many over the weekend. There have been some sleepless nights and a lot of screaming. He has not been eating much...Dr. Baer says his throat was really sore. Poor little guy. He seems to be doing better today and got to take a trip to mommy's office to pick up the support pager ;-)

It's chilly outside!

Here's my pumpkin.

Mmmmm what's for dinner? Carrots and broccoli potatoes...

I know how to open wide now.

New shoes...

Exersaucer Play

He loves his new exersaucer!

Now that he can control those hands, they are always in his mouth.

Check out his cool Chimp that daddy made him at Build-a-Bear.

More saucer time.

Zoo Time

We spent a few hours at the Zoo Sunday morning. Hayden enjoyed looking around at everything, and did not make a peep the whole time we were there. All of the animals were out and about. We got to see all of the Elephants, tiger cubs playing, and we rode on the train. It was a great day for the zoo.

Wearing my turtle safari shirt that Grammy got for me.

In front of the hippo getting a "spa treatment" from the the fish.

I think that's Raja in the background.

More elephants.

Mommy and tiger cubs.

Date Night

Edward Jones sponsored a Trivia Night at Queeny Park Friday night that we attended with some of my teammates and their spouses. Julie eagerly came over to be Hayden's first date night babysitter. Unfortunately, he is not at his best in the evenings so there was a lot more screaming than playing going on. They both survived ;-) Our trivia team finished in the top 25 out of 100 teams, so we were pretty proud of ourselves. Thanks, Julie!

Now that's a bib! Lenice and Mark Bailey(friends of Jason's from Tulsa and regular blog readers) sent Hayden this cool bib this week. Thanks!

Chillin with mommy.

Those are definitely not mommy's cheeks.

Chewing on my hand(my new pastime) and holding my cool "H" block that Julie had made for me.

Fan Fest

Hayden went to his first Blues hockey game this afternoon. The team played a scrimmage game at noon. We have always had partial season tickets to Blues hockey, so we thought this would be a good test to see if need a babysitter or if Hayden could go with us. He LOVED the game. All of the cool people to look at, the music and the bright jerseys on the ice were quite mesmerizing. He even took at nap during the second period.

Not really the best picture...but special thanks to Julie, Gary & Hannah for my cool "jersey".

Some talking...about food

Hayden ate 17 oz of formula at the babysitter's one day last week, here is what he thought about it.

All kinds of new tricks

Hayden went for his 4 month Dr. visit on Friday. He weighs 15 lbs and is 25 inches long. That puts him in the 50th percentile for both. The Dr. is pleased with how quickly he is catching up and how well he is doing with his development!

I LOVE to stand up and shake my pants.

This is kind of cool, I have my own table. Can I eat these?

Yummy Cereal!!

I finally figured out what to do with these rings...hit myself in the head!

The shirt speaks for itself.

Is he eating cereal or having a rice paste facial???

Some of it may have made it to his tummy, right?

What a sweet smile!
